Well, I finally got the courage to do another video tutorial for my week day routine. Please bear with me, as I am terrible at this. I definitely have a tendency to mumble and go on forever so I will be growing and hopefully getting better with each attempt. This is exactly what I do every morning before I head off to work. Hope everyone can handle this learning process and benefit from my personal experience!  I did all this before heading out to surprise my dad for his 60th birthday! My stepmom and I were secretly planning all week and it was a success!! It has been a few years since I have seen and spent time with my dad. We had some differences that I needed to mature to deal with. But life is way too short to hold grudges and not learn from. This was a good opportunity for us to catch up and bond! **This post started the morning of Tuesday but due to a terrible morning and long night at work, is concluding on Wednesday!**   It's only Tuesday... I'm just sayin'!  Being a glutton for punishment, I decided to pick up a dinner shift last night and schedule an appointment across town during morning rush hour for this morning. It's hump day!  Halfway to the weekend, which usually means nothing to me since I work at a restaurant in a massive theme park! However, this weekend I have one of my closest friends coming to visit and I couldn't be more excited!! She was behind the motivation for me to start this blog, so yall be thankful! Heading into work, I wanted to post just a little something! First off, this blog is means more to me than just an outlet to express myself. It is becoming a way of releasing confidence that I've built up within myself in the last few years. I used to be the girl who threw on whatever slightly matched and didn't give a second glance at my roots or makeup! If I put eyeliner on, I would stun my beau at the time!
